DIFFERENCES AND SIMILARITIES SX7T & SX7M
ÂThe SX7T is a voice and data product while the SX7M is a data only device.
ÂBoth the SX7T and SX7M have the same printed circuit boards (PCB), software, radio modules and physical design with the exception that the dual RJ-11 ports on the SX7M are blocked from use.
ÂBoth the SX7T and SX7M support packet data on the cellular network which is accessible via the Ethernet or USB ports.
ÂAdditionally, the SX7T supports voice, FAX, and circuit switched data connections. These services are accessible via the RJ-11 FXS ports. These ports emulate a PSTN central office and are compatible with POTS phones, analog modems, analog fax machines, caller ID boxes, and telephone answering machines.
