The Telular SX7 can be configured to be “always on” or “connect on demand” to the Cellular Data Network (CDMA or GSM). Using either static IP addresses from the internet service provider or a Dynamic DNS, you can access any devices attached to the Telular SX7. If the monitoring equipment needs voice capabilities in order to send audible announcements, the Telular SX7T will be able to provide both the data and the voice needs all in one unit.

If your application only requires voice, such as audible alerts associated with auto dialers and alarm monitoring, the SX5 Telular products can continue to meet your needs.
